WebTech 99 is a growing IT/Tech company focused on delivering innovative solutions and fostering a collaborative work culture. We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our team immediately and support our HR operations and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll, and HR documentation.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Address employee concerns and provide HR-related support.
• Coordinate training, orientation, and development programs.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Join Immediately – candidates available to join right away will be given priority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
