Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

* Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).

* Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

* Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.

* Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification.

* Organize and manage onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

* Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.

* Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.

* Assist in performance management processes.

3. HR Operations

* Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.

* Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.).

* Ensure accurate documentation and filing of HR records.

* Assist in monthly payroll processing and attenda* nce management.

4. Compliance & Policies

* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

* Assist in audits and internal reviews related to HR.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (generalist or specialist).

* Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

* Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
