Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter – Healthcare Hiring
Location:Ozone Manaya tech park, Kudlugate, Bangalore
Experience: 1–4 Years

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical, etc.)
• Source & screen profiles via job portals, social media, and references
• Schedule interviews & manage candidate coordination
• Ensure timely closures and smooth onboarding

Requirements:

• 1–4 yrs recruitment experience (healthcare hiring preferred)
• Good sourcing, communication & stakeholder management skills
• Familiar with Naukri/Indeed/LinkedIn

Immediate joiners preferred

CTC UPTO 4.5 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
