We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our growing real estate company. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and executing HR strategies that support the company's objectives, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and organizational development. This role is critical in helping build a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce aligned with the company’s mission in real estate sales, leasing, and property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in sales, property management, and operations roles.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
* Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
* Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.
* Foster a positive and productive workplace culture aligned with company values.
* Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with employment laws.
Performance Management
* Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
* Coach managers on setting goals, conducting reviews, and addressing performance issues.
Compliance & Policies
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, real estate licensing requirements, and internal policies.

* Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies.
* Manage records related to HR, such as employment contracts, leave, and benefits.
Training & Development
* Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
* Conduct HR-related training sessions (e.g., workplace ethics, compliance, customer service).
HR Strategy & Reporting
* Develop and track HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, time-to-hire).
* Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development strategies.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience in the REAL ESTATE is a strong advantage.
* In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
