HR Executive

GMK Research Laboratories is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and training. Fluency in English and Telugu is essential, with the ability to communicate moderately in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
• Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth communication between staff and management.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
• Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
• Support compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and support in performance appraisal processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,910.75 - ₹36,879.13 per month
