Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. The role supports smooth coordination between site and corporate teams and ensures all HR processes comply with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for staff and site-level positions.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate shortlisting.
  • Handle onboarding formalities – offer letters, joining forms, induction, and ID creation.

2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Collect and verify attendance and leave data from all project sites.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for timely processing of salaries.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.

3. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents such as Aadhar, PAN, bank details, etc.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and trackers for management review.

4. Employee Relations & Communication

  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities at the branch level.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and assist in resolving basic grievances.

5. HR Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) in coordination with the compliance team.
  • Support audits by providing HR data and documentation.
  • Coordinate HR-related communication between head office and project sites.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience as HR Executive / HR Assistant, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Technical Skills:
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • HRIS or Excel-based HR reports
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and compliance
  • Personal Skills:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask
