Job Title: HR Executive

Location: 5th Floor, Plot No. 202, Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Sector 74, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 140307
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of HR data.
  • Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new hires.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with management on HR strategy, training, and development initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience in IT / marketing / service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems.

Reporting To:

Director

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
