Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain daily attendance and leave records through the biometric system.
- Prepare monthly attendance summaries and assist in payroll processing.
- Ensure accurate tracking of working hours, overtime, and leave balances.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.
- Address employee queries and grievances in coordination with the HR Manager.
4. HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
- Ensure timely documentation of HR forms, policies, and trackers.
- Assist in statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, Bonus, and Gratuity.
- Handle PF and ESI enrolment for new employees.
5. Performance Management & Training
- Support in documentation and coordination of KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisals.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and feedback forms.
6. HR Reporting
- Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS reports including attendance, attrition, and manpower status.
- Ensure HR SOPs, forms, and records are regularly updated and maintained as per QMS guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
