HR Executive

About the Role:

The HR Executive plays a key role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. This includes handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, record maintenance, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:  Provide operational support to line managers and HR Director/Managers in employee relations issues to ensure proper HR documentation.  Assist with recruitment and selection processes (job postings, scheduling interviews, screening resumes).  Support various administrative tasks (related to international assignments, payments, orders) and pro-actively provide suggestions for improvement in these areas  Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.  Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, performance appraisals, etc.).  Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.  Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.  Support payroll processing by collecting and validating data  Prepare HR-related reports as required

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills  Proficient in MS Office and HR software Eg. HRMS Preferred Skills:  Ability to handle data with confidentiality.  Problem-solving and critical thinking.  Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
