HR Executive

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and office positions.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

2️ Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Promote a positive work environment and resolve employee grievances.
  • Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.

3️ Training & Development

  • Identify training needs for plant and office staff.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and track employee skill development.

4️ Payroll & Administration

  • Support payroll processing, leave, and attendance management.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per compliance.
  • Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).

5️ Performance Management

  • Support appraisal cycles and performance review processes.
  • Assist in setting KPIs and monitoring employee performance.
  • Help implement reward and recognition programs.

6️ HR Reporting

  • Prepare HR metrics and reports (attrition, recruitment, training).
  • Maintain HR dashboards for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
