Position: HR Executive

Location: Trichy

The Role: Driving Growth Through People

You will serve as a dual-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist and Business Development liaison, directly contributing to the company's expansion in the Trichy region. This unique role requires a candidate who can not only manage the entire employee lifecycle but also leverage a sales/BD background to proactively identify and engage top talent, treating talent acquisition as a core business function.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Management

  • End-to-End Talent Pipelining: Proactively manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic job brief development and high-impact posting to candidate screening, interviewing, negotiation, and a seamless onboarding process.
  • Business Growth Enablement: Utilize your B2B/Sales experience to perform targeted lead generation and proactive market mapping to identify and engage high-potential professionals, particularly for business-critical roles.
  • Candidate Experience Ownership: Maintain exceptionally strong, professional communication with all candidates and collaborate closely with department heads to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently.

Employee & Organizational Development

  • Cultural & Communication Bridge: Act as a trusted partner for employees and management, facilitating open dialogue, effectively resolving complex queries and grievances, and compiling valuable employee feedback.
  • Learning & Development (L&D) Coordination: Design and coordinate targeted training sessions and skill development programs that align with current business needs and future growth objectives.
  • HR Infrastructure Support: Utilize HRIS and software to manage employee data, support payroll preparation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional Influencing & Negotiation Skills
  • Proven B2B/Commercial Acumen (Ability to "sell" the company to top talent)
  • Proficiency in HR Tech & Digital Tools (HRIS, ATS, and recruitment software)
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving & Decision Making
  • High-Level Digital Engagement: Strong skills in Social Media Recruitment and creating compelling content for talent attraction.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert command of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting and data analysis).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
