  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and handle joining formalities.
  • Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes.
  • Ensure HR documentation and processes align with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
