Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and assist in employer branding initiatives.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Support monthly payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation as required.

Policy Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in the review, update, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR audits and compliance-related documentation.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process and maintain related records.
  • Support management in tracking KPIs and development plans.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs within the organization.
  • Knowledge of MS Office is must and Good Communication Skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
