Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and support payroll processing.
  • Handle employee engagement activities and grievance management.
  • Assist in performance appraisals, policy implementation, and compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
