HR Executive

Role: Senior Executive - HR

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 1-2years

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives across PAN India locations (Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune)

* Build strong relationships with college placement cells and represent the company during campus hiring events

* Coordinate campus hiring logistics including pre-placement talks, assessments, and interviews

* Collaborate with internal teams to forecast campus hiring needs and plan recruitment calendars

* Travel to multiple locations as part of campus engagement and hiring activities

* Support HR operations such as learning and development initiatives, etc

Key Skills:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to multitask and manage events independently

* Well-versed with Excel, Google Sheets

* Detail-oriented with good documentation and follow-up skills
