HR Executive

Key roles and responsibilities1. Recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Conduct job analyses to identify needs and create job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and screen applications.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews and other selection processes.
  • Perform background and reference checks.
  • Negotiate and create job offer letters.

2. Employee relations and engagement

  • Resolve internal conflicts and handle employee grievances.
  • Counsel employees and address workplace issues.
  • Organize and manage company events, activities, and team-building exercises to improve morale and engagement.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage the termination process.

3. Compensation, benefits, and payroll

  • Design and implement compensation and benefits packages.
  • Administer payroll and employee benefits.
  • Manage salary negotiations during hiring and performance reviews.

4. Performance management

  • Execute annual employee review procedures.
  • Support managers in applying structured performance appraisal processes.
  • Develop and implement employee performance improvement plans.

5. Legal compliance and policy

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Update existing HR policies and create new ones as needed.
  • Manage workplace safety issues and complaints.

6. HR administration and reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover and cost-per-hire.
  • Oversee the company's onboarding and offboarding processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
