HR Executive
Key roles and responsibilities1. Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Conduct job analyses to identify needs and create job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various platforms and screen applications.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and other selection processes.
- Perform background and reference checks.
- Negotiate and create job offer letters.
2. Employee relations and engagement
- Resolve internal conflicts and handle employee grievances.
- Counsel employees and address workplace issues.
- Organize and manage company events, activities, and team-building exercises to improve morale and engagement.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the termination process.
3. Compensation, benefits, and payroll
- Design and implement compensation and benefits packages.
- Administer payroll and employee benefits.
- Manage salary negotiations during hiring and performance reviews.
4. Performance management
- Execute annual employee review procedures.
- Support managers in applying structured performance appraisal processes.
- Develop and implement employee performance improvement plans.
5. Legal compliance and policy
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Update existing HR policies and create new ones as needed.
- Manage workplace safety issues and complaints.
6. HR administration and reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover and cost-per-hire.
- Oversee the company's onboarding and offboarding processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
