Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations. This includes recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, onboarding, compliance, and addressing employee concerns. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, approachable, and able to work independently during off-hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Monitor attendance and ensure shift punctuality and compliance.
• Conduct on boarding and orientation for new joiners.
• Manage employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the payroll team with timely submission of attendance and leave records.
• Coordinate with the HR team for continuity in operations.
• Assist in organizing engagement activities and maintaining employee morale.
• Prepare HR reports as required and present them to HR Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in Pakistan.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Must be comfortable working onsite.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
