Job Title: HR Payroll Executive

Department: Human Resources
Location: Padra Factory
Reporting to: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary:

The HR Payroll Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining up-to-date employee payroll records. The role also supports HR operations related to attendance, leave management, and employee data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Validate attendance, leaves, overtime, and other inputs before payroll processing.
  • Handle full & final settlements, arrears, bonuses, and incentive calculations.
  • Generate payslips and distribute them securely to employees.

Compliance & Statutory Management:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.
  • Coordinate with government bodies or consultants for statutory audits and inspections.

Data & Record Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/payroll software.
  • Manage confidential payroll data and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management review.

Employee Support:

  • Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, or statutory benefits.
  • Support HR team in managing attendance and leave policies.

Process Improvement:

  • Assist in automating payroll systems and improving process efficiency.
  • Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
  • Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Efficiency in handling payroll queries and audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
