We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in Non-IT domains, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to final selection and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide weekly hiring status updates.
  • Experience in Non-IT hiring (Sales, Marketing, Operations etc.) will be a strong advantage.

2. Onboarding & Induction:

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
  • Conduct employee inductions and orientation sessions.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.

3. HR Operations & Employee Relations:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, policy implementation, and grievance handling.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
