The HR Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll assistance, performance management, and compliance with company policies. The role ensures smooth communication and efficient processes that support employee satisfaction and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Maintain healthy employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Attendance & Payroll Support
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate with the accounts department for payroll processing.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in employee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in setting performance goals, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Track employee performance and support training and development initiatives.
  • HR Policies & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR records, files, and documentation.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Support employee engagement and retention activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
