Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all corporate-level and business positions. This role involves identifying top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience aligned with company goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
- Understand the organization’s manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through professional platforms, social media, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain candidate communication and provide a positive recruitment experience.
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, negotiate salary packages, and complete joining formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and department teams to enhance recruitment policies and processes.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate or high-volume recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and HR software (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS systems, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in employer branding or campus recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
