Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all corporate-level and business positions. This role involves identifying top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience aligned with company goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
  • Understand the organization’s manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through professional platforms, social media, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Maintain candidate communication and provide a positive recruitment experience.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, negotiate salary packages, and complete joining formalities.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and department teams to enhance recruitment policies and processes.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate or high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and HR software (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS systems, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience in employer branding or campus recruitment will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
