The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all HR processes, and supporting organizational objectives. The role involves recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, employee engagement, and maintaining effective communication between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection for clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR database.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and coordinate with payroll for timely salary processing.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and training & development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and support engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, circulars, and maintain HR documentation.
  • Support internal audits, manpower planning, and HR policy implementation.
  • Coordinate welfare activities, employee recognition, and satisfaction programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,634.66 - ₹15,000.00 per month
