  • Handle recruitment for technical, sales, and field positions (e.g., engineers, technicians, telecallers, installers).
  • Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation for new joiners.
  • Maintain employee records and attendance systems.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documentation.
  • Support payroll processing and maintain leave & attendance data.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Organize training sessions, team-building, and engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure healthy work culture.
  • Coordinate performance evaluation and appraisal process.
  • Support HR audits, reports, and management reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
