Recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee the full hiring process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and selection.
- Manage the onboarding process to integrate new employees smoothly.
Employee relations and engagement
- Serve as a bridge between employees and management, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
- Develop and implement programs to improve employee performance and engagement.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development plans.
- Organize events and activities to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Compensation and benefits
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Process payroll, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
- PF And ESI Calculation Experience
- Ensure compensation packages are competitive and comply with wage and hour laws.
Policy and compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure the organization complies with all local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Other key responsibilities
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on reasons for employee departures.
- Manage workplace safety issues and complaints.
- Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for management.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends, legislation, and best practices.
