Job Title: HR Executive – Manufacturing
Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in manufacturing or industrial setup)
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR, or equivalentJob Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing HR functions at the plant level, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, training, and performance management. The role requires a strong understanding of HR practices specific to manufacturing environments, including labor laws, shop floor engagement, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for plant and staff positions (blue-collar & white-collar).
- Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and offer processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain a positive working environment by addressing employee grievances.
- Support welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Act as a liaison between management and workers’ representatives / unions (if applicable).
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and code of conduct compliance.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRIS data.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and time office activities.
- Support in shift planning, manpower allocation, and workforce reporting.
4. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws (Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
- Handle statutory audits and liaison with government departments/inspections.
- Maintain records and registers as per compliance requirements.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with departmental heads.
- Organize skill development, safety, and compliance training sessions.
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
6. Performance Management
- Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Assist in goal-setting, evaluation, and feedback processes.
7. Health, Safety & Welfare
- Collaborate with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) teams to ensure compliance with workplace safety norms.
- Support employee welfare initiatives (canteen, transport, medical check-ups, etc.).
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws applicable to manufacturing setups.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with shop-floor employees and management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Recruitment TAT and manpower availability.
- Employee retention and engagement scores.
- Compliance adherence (zero non-compliance observations).
- Training hours per employee.
- Timely payroll and statutory submissions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
