Responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations at Bansal Multiplex, including recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance, ensuring smooth HR functioning and employee satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of staff (frontline and support).
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and labor laws.
  • Address employee queries and support engagement activities.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in audits or inspections.
  • Support training and performance evaluation processes.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS :

Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in multiplex / retail / hospitality sector.

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
