Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress.
  • Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
  • Manage HR documentation such as confirmation letters, transfers, and other Performance Management
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintaining appraisal documentation.official communications.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR software (MS Excel, HRMS, etc.) preferred.
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management.
  • Prior experience in HR, administration, or related roles preferred but not mandatory (freshers can apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
