Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures smooth functioning of HR processes and supports management in fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full cycle of recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee attendance, leaves, and deductions.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
  • Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and analytics as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
