Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across departments.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other labor laws.
- Liaise with external consultants or government bodies as required.
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
- Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs, ensuring a regular feedback culture.
- Track and maintain performance records.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and manage HRMS systems effectively.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
- Ensure disciplinary actions and grievance handling are carried out with fairness and integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Good understanding of labour laws, HR documentation, and statutory processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
