Position Overview

Royal Cafe (SRM Group) is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Manage payroll, attendance, and leave tracking
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment
• Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations
• Support HR policy development and implementation
• Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR strategy

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Salary Package

₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
