We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment operations, coordinating interviews and orientations, handling documentation, and supporting both strategic and administrative HR initiatives to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

•Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, cold calling, and shortlisting candidates.

•Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

•Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

•Coordinate for onboarding formalities and employee orientation programs.

•Maintain and verify all joining and employee documentation

2. HR Operations & Coordination:

•Manage and organize HR related documentation.

•Assist in handling team-related queries and employee engagement activities.

•Coordinate with different departments for HR and admin-related requirements.

•Ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of HR-related concerns.

3. Strategic and Administrative Support:

•Support the organization’s strategic goals through HR initiatives and process improvements.

•Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

•Work closely with management to address HR-related issues and promote a positive, inclusive work environment.

4. Office Administration:

•Oversee day-to-day office administration tasks.

•Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and logistics.

•Support in organizing office events, meetings, and other HR-related initiatives.

Key Skills:

•Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

•Min. 01 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administration. (suitable Freshers may also apply)

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

•Able to manage confidential information responsibly and professionally.

•Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
