Skills Required:

1. Hr policy enforcenent & compliance
2. Holiday & daily Attendance management
3. Quick replacement of staff (in touch with placement agencies)
4. monthly Performance appraisal for new staff (1 year or less). Quarterly petformance appraisal for others
5. Devise Performance appraisal metrics for each position in company
6. Maintenance of Distinction of band 1, 2 & 3 employees & their remuneration/benefits as per HR policy
7. Devise incentive for better performance of all bands

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
