  • Handle onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Coordinate the exit process, conduct exit interviews, and prepare full & final settlements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
  • Maintain and manage employee data for audits, reporting, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, relieving, etc.).
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing for audits and internal controls.
  • Handle background verification and reference checks.
  • Update HR systems with employee data and support HR tech implementations.
  • Generate HR-related reports and MIS as per business needs.
  • Assist in organizing employee welfare activities, birthdays, and festival celebrations.
  • Support grievance handling and employee query resolutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
