Meera Consulting Ltd is hiring an HR Executive for a renowned hospital in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions within a healthcare setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection for nursing, paramedical, and administrative staff.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Handle attendance, payroll inputs, and HR compliance as per hospital policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, leaves, and performance reviews.
  • Support management in implementing HR policies and employee engagement programs.
  • Coordinate with department heads for training, manpower planning, and grievance redressal.
  • Ensure statutory compliance under ESI, PF, and labor laws.

Required Skills

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,928.03 - ₹30,000.00 per month
