Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Job Summary:We are seeking a results-oriented HR Executive who will play a key role in driving HR operations, compliance, and employee experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Zoho People & Zoho Payroll (including admin interface), deep knowledge of labour laws and compliance, and an analytical, data-driven approach to HR. This role requires someone who is not only process-efficient but also business-focused, ensuring that HR adds measurable value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitments, from sourcing to offer rollout, ensuring the right talent is onboarded seamlessly. Deliver engaging induction programs that build strong first impressions and cultural alignment.
- HR Operations & Payroll: Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs through Zoho People and Zoho Payroll. Partner with Accounts to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Compliance & Labour Laws: Ensure 100% adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Labour Laws). Proactively manage compliance reporting and minimize risks.
- Employee Engagement: Design and deliver innovative engagement initiatives and creative team-building/brainstorming activities to strengthen culture.
- Data & Reporting: Act as the HR data custodian, maintain accurate employee records, generate quick MIS reports, and deliver insights for decision-making. Be proficient in Excel and able to provide data-driven inputs at short notice.
- Insurance & Benefits: Manage employee health insurance processes and provide timely resolution of queries.
- Exit Management: Ensure smooth offboarding, including exit interviews, F&F settlements, asset recovery, and timely issuance of relieving letters.
- Reimbursements: Validate employee reimbursements and ensure accurate processing with Accounts.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in HR operations, compliance, payroll, and data reporting.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and labour laws (PF, ESIC, Wages Act, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise in Zoho People & Zoho Payroll or any HR software
- Strong numerical ability, business acumen, and data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities independently and deliver with accuracy.
- Creative approach towards employee engagement, team building, and culture initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
