Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and attendance.
  • Handle HR policies, performance review, and grievance resolution.
  • Coordinate training and team development activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR software and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,597.06 - ₹15,000.00 per month
