Role Overview

We’re looking for an HR & Operations Executive to handle both recruitment and operational responsibilities. About 50% of the role will focus on Recruitment and 50% on office and administrative operations.

Job Location: Bandra West

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for trainers, support staff, and other roles.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews through job portals and social media.
• Handle on boarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll data.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support in planning training sessions, internal meetings, and events.

Skills & Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR and operations
• Prior experience in fitness and retail industry is would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
