Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (job postings, screening, interview coordination, and selection).
  • Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Draft and manage HR letters and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and feedback surveys.
  • Address employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
  • Freshers are welcome to apply (internship experience in HR will be an added advantage).

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information.
  • Familiarity with HRMS or ATS tools is a plus.
