Position Summary:
The HR executive will oversee the recruitment process within the organization, ensuring seamless human resources management while developing and maintaining effective employer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection:
  • Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
  • Onboarding and Orientation:
  • Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization.
  • Conduct orientation programs and explain company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Promote a positive workplace environment and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in appraisals and provide feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate training programs for employee development.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in HR, recruitment etc.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and HR management software.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment trends and labor laws.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
