Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration into the company culture.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and any other HR-related concerns.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by tracking employee goals, assisting in feedback sessions, and ensuring performance reviews are conducted in a timely manner.
- Maintain performance records and provide recommendations for employee development.
- HR Compliance & Administration:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee records, leave management, and ensure all documentation is kept up-to-date and confidential.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Assist in organizing company events, training programs, and initiatives to maintain employee engagement.
- Gather employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction and retention strategies.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Support the payroll process by ensuring employee data is accurate, assist with leave and attendance records, and liaise with payroll teams.
- Help employees understand and access their benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- HR Reporting:
- Maintain HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a collaborative work environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
