- Recruitment and Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of teachers and staff.
- Ensure that hiring aligns with school policies and qualification requirements set by educational authorities.
- Maintain updated records of staff vacancies and manpower planning.
- Employee Records and Database Management
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, qualifications, experience, attendance, and performance data.
- Update employee information in school ERP or HR software (e.g., HR-One, Neverskip, etc.).
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
- Attendance and Payroll Administration
- Monitor biometric and attendance registers to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with accounts/finance team for monthly payroll processing.
- Manage leave records, late marks, and absenteeism reports.
- Circulate reminders to staff regarding attendance compliance and leave submission.
- Leave and Benefits Management
- Process leave applications, maintain leave balances, and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage employee benefits such as PF, ESI, gratuity, insurance, etc.
- Assist staff with queries related to salary slips, deductions, and benefits.
- Performance Management
- Coordinate annual staff appraisals and performance reviews.
- Collect and analyze feedback from department heads.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance data.
- Employee Relations and Welfare
- Maintain healthy staff relations by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts fairly.
- Organize staff welfare activities, workshops, and recognition programs.
- Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Policy Implementation and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to school HR policies, service rules, and disciplinary procedures.
- Draft and update HR policies, memos, and circulars as per management instructions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, education board norms, and institutional regulations.
- Training and Development
- Organize orientation programs for new employees.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for teachers and administrative staff.
- Keep records of participation and training outcomes.
- Exit Management
- Manage resignation, clearance, and full-and-final settlement processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain records of employee separation.
- Coordination and Communication
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, and departments.
- Issue official communications such as circulars, notices, and memos.
- Support the Principal and Management in HR-related planning and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
