HR Executive

We’re looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team!
In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement while ensuring a positive and professional work environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting and screening to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill staffing and training needs.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure all HR operations align with company policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for working with people.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Canva or similar tools for HR communications.
• Basic knowledge of social media hiring and employer branding.
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance processes.
