HR Manager
Location: On‑site (Headquarters) – can be hybrid
Reports to: CEO / COO.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement an end‑to‑end HR strategy aligned with corporate growth: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Build a scalable recruitment engine for technical (call‑center agents, developers) and corporate roles – define sourcing channels, interview processes, and employer‑brand standards.
- Own compensation & benefits benchmarking, payroll administration, and statutory compliance (EOBI, PESSI, tax withholding).
- Develop HR policies, employee handbook, code of conduct, and ensure adherence to labor law, health & safety, and data‑privacy regulations.
- Lead culture initiatives: diversity & inclusion, employee wellness, recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Partner with compliance & legal to ensure HR policies are legally sound and aligned with corporate governance.
- Provide monthly HR analytics (turnover, time‑to‑fill, employee NPS, training hours) and advise senior leadership on talent strategy.

Requirements
- 10‑15 yrs HR leadership, 5 + yrs in BPO, IT, or shared‑services environment.
- Certified HR professional (SPHR, PHR, CIPD) or MBA (HR).
- Proven ability to scale HR ops from 500 + to 5,000 + employees.
- Deep knowledge of Pakistani labor law, GDPR‑like data‑privacy, and international employment regulations.
- Experience designing global mobility & remote‑work policies.
- Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and change‑management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
