Human Resource Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our call center team. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR management, preferably in a call center or BPO environment, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for call center staff.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and performance evaluation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager (preferably in a call center/BPO).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, payroll, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a large workforce effectively.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
