About the Role:

Unity Films Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and organized female HR Intern to join our team. This is a paid internship designed for fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in Human Resources. The internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn and grow within a professional environment and may lead to a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling documentation, and managing attendance
• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Help organize and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
• Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities
• Maintain proper documentation and assist with HR compliance tasks
• Coordinate with various departments as needed for HR-related matters

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field (completed)
• Experience: No prior experience required – fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Gender Requirement: Female candidates only
• Location Requirement: Must be based in or willing to commute to Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
• Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work independently
