Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various HR functions at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and recruitment specific to the factory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves, benefits, attendance).
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
