Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all functions and levels — from sourcing to onboarding.
· Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop job descriptions.
· Source candidates through various channels — job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus recruitment.
· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.
· Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
· Maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions and future hiring needs.
· Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and share periodic reports with management
· Support HR processes including onboarding, employee documentation, HRIS data management, and exit formalities.
