About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily HR operations, support employee relations, handle documentation, and ensure a smooth flow of administrative processes within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations such as attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and documentation.
- Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and notices.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry (restaurant, resort, or hotel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
