Position Title: HR Executive

Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: HR Manager / Plant Head

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Statutory Compliance & Labour Relations

  • Ensure timely registration, documentation, and compliance with PF, ESI, and other labour laws
  • Liaise with Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate, and other statutory bodies
  • Maintain statutory registers and records as per applicable laws
  • Coordinate inspections and audits by government authorities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and job descriptions
  • Conduct employee onboarding, induction programs, and documentation
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Payroll & Attendance

  • Monitor daily attendance and leave records using biometric or manual systems
  • Process monthly payroll in coordination with accounts/finance team
  • Handle salary revisions, deductions, and statutory contributions
  • Address employee queries related to salary, PF, ESI, and tax

Administration & Facility Management

  • Oversee housekeeping, security, and general maintenance of factory premises
  • Manage vendor contracts for admin services (canteen, transport, etc.)
  • Ensure workplace hygiene, safety, and compliance with factory norms
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and administrative assets

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Handle employee entry and exit formalities including ID creation, documentation, and exit interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and personal files
  • Support disciplinary procedures and grievance redressal
  • Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing setup
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF/ESI procedures, and factory compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/attendance software
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,919.68 per month
