- Recruitment and Onboarding: Administer the full hiring process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances and conflicts, conduct exit interviews, and manage disciplinary actions to foster a positive work environment.
- Policy and Compliance: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations by keeping records and training managers.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, assist with employee development plans, and help managers set goals.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, manage payroll, and help design compensation structures.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed employee records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute activities and initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.
- Strategy and Operations: Liaise with senior management on HR strategies, manage the HR department's budget, and analyse HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.
